Studio 1 soundproof, acoustically baffled drive-in studio with 20 x 50' cyclorama, with rates as low as $27/hr for 5 days straight, $300 for an evening, $400 for half day, and $600 for a 10 hr. day for the entire 2560 sq. ft + use of the seperate loading bay. Need it hourly? Just $150/hr. Ned production space, add 700 sq. ft. second floor with a large, bright, multi-purpose room, large bright kitchen, huge deck and greenroof, and bathroom with shower for just $200 more a day. NEWS FLASH - we are negotiating a lease on a new 5000 square foot studio in Etobicoke, with 20' clear ceilings, 12 x 10 drive-in bay door, and plan on having a 40' white cove with a 5' radius, and a 20' greenscreen cove. Lease starts February, and will be booking for March. We are about to start developing a 5000 sq. ft photo & video studio / soundstage in Etobicoke Ontario, so please give us a shout if this interests you. 3000 sq. ft open shooting area (approx 70' x 65', 18' clear, 20' total ceiling height, with a 40' cyclorama with a 70' shoot distance. Easily do 3 sets at once. Tons of free parking and easy access from the Gardner Expressway / QEW, as well as TTC. on-site workshop for light modifications & set construction. Studio will have 15.5' rolling staircase to reach ceiling and ceiling shooting platform easily and do aerial angles.Some shared office space will also be available there, and "frequent user" packages. Rent is dependent on specific office chosen, included furniture, use of boardroom, imaging, reception, and studio. Utilities, high-speed internet, Meridian system with landline(s), fax machine, etc will be included.
